What is your return/exchange policy?
All sales are final unless the item is damaged or defective. If the item is damaged or defective write to us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, description of the issue, and attach an image of the damaged or defective item received so our quality control team can review it. If your order qualifies for a return or exchange, we will ship out the replacement item as soon as possible. If the item is out of stock, we will ship them to you as soon as it’s back in stock. In case your item won’t be restocked, we will refund you.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and it must also be in the original packaging.
When will I receive my refund?
If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
Please note, if there’s an unexpected delay you should contact your respective bank.
