What is your return/exchange policy?
All sales are final unless the item is damaged. If the item is damaged, write to us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, description of the issue, and attach an unboxing video of your order received so our quality control team can review it. The following details should be clearly visible in the unboxing video:
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and it must also be in the original packaging.
When will I receive my refund?
If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
Please note, if there’s an unexpected delay you should contact your respective bank.
