What is your return/exchange policy?

All sales are final unless the item is damaged. If the item is damaged, write to us at within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, description of the issue, and attach an unboxing video of your order received so our quality control team can review it. The following details should be clearly visible in the unboxing video:

1 - The tracking label pasted on the packaging
2 - The packaging (if the outer packaging is damaged, please show that as well)
3 - The damaged product
If your order qualifies for a return or exchange, we will ship out the replacement item as soon as possible. If the item is out of stock, we will ship them to you as soon as it’s back in stock. In case your item won’t be restocked, we will refund you. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and it must also be in the original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?

If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. 

Please note, if there’s an unexpected delay you should contact your respective bank.
